Cre8tiveBlast is an online platform and community where middle-school students can ignite their creativity, enhance and strengthen their communication skills, and share their ideas through story writing contests, multi-media presentations and authoring a new word community dictionary.

Cre8tiveClash—a series of writing contests.

Join a team or go solo. Write a short story (e-serial) in five (5) parts—one per week. Win a prize.

Readers, fans, and a panel of judges will read your e-serial and share their thoughts. At the end of five weeks, the fans and judges will vote for their favorite e-serial. Each contest will fall into one of the following genres:

  1. action/adventure
  2. suspense—horror, vampire, mystery
  3. fantasy—sci/fi, dystopian
  4. Graphic short stories/manga
  5. Life—inspirational, romance, chicklit
  6. Non-fiction
  7. Sports

Creative minds can’t be confined by regular vocabulary. Create your own words, show how they’re used, share your thoughts about other new words, and read everyone’s comments about your InWords entries.

Going Social—your own creative space.

If you’re a contestant, you and your team will have your own space to post what you write, create bios or personal stories, make a team logo, post pictures, and more.

If you’re a fan, you have your own fan space.

Fans, readers, and voters can talk about what they’ve read, talk to team members and post their own bios and pictures.
